Refunds and Returns
Since all of our curriculum are sent to you as digital download PDFs, we do not offer refunds. All products are labeled as PDF downloads on the sales pages, making sure that we are transparent with you before you purchase, knowing you will not receive a physical product. Since PDFs cannot be returned, they cannot be refunded.
Physical items: The only physical item on our website is our picture book. If your book is damaged, please contact us and let us know so we can send you a replacement.
Shipping Policy
We are a small business, essentially a “mom and pop”. Since the only physical items we have are our picture books, please be patient with us when it comes to shipping. Please allow 3-5 days for your items to be shipped. You will receive an email once a shipping label has been made and you will be able to track your shipment.
Digital Downloads
A majority of our products are digital downloads. As soon as you purchase an item, you will be directed to a download page. Please be sure to download your items! A confirmation email will also be sent, but a lot of times emails get lost. You may also login to your account to find your downloads.
